Refund & Returns Policy

Pre-Order Refunds

Because this is a pre-order, all sales are final once production begins (May 21, 2026).

If you need to cancel your pre-order before May 20, 2026, email us at venuskidsuk@gmail.com and we will process a full refund.

After May 20, 2026, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as production will have already started.

Returns After Delivery

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at venuskidsuk@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost.

If the item doesn't fit, we do not currently offer exchanges, but we're happy to help you find the right size for future orders.
