What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you're reserving your Venus Kids denim set before it's in stock. Pre-orders open April 30, 2026, and close May 20, 2026. Your order will be produced and shipped in September 2026.

When will I receive my order?

Pre-ordered items will ship in September 2026. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

What sizes are available?

We currently offer three sizes: 12-18 months, 18-24 months, and 2-3 years. Check the size chart on the product page for measurements.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund if you email us before May 20, 2026. After that date, production begins and pre-orders are final.

What if the item doesn't fit when it arrives?

We do offer exchanges! Simply email us at venuskidsuk@gmail.com and we'll get it sorted for you. We'll also provide support on sizing for future orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the UK. International shipping will be available for future releases.

How do I care for the denim set?

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not bleach, and iron on low if needed.

Is this suitable for boys and girls?

Yes! The Venus Kids denim set is unisex and designed for all toddlers.
